Here's what you'll need to qualify for a weekly rental vehicle. Roman Rentals reviews every application individually.
Basic Requirements
Valid Driver's License
You must hold a current, valid driver's license. We verify all licenses before approval.
Proof of Income
Provide paystubs or bank statements showing consistent income. Gig workers welcome with documentation.
Full Coverage Insurance
You must carry full coverage auto insurance ($100K/$300K/$100K minimum). Provide your declarations page.
$250 Starting Deposit
The final security deposit depends on the vehicle and usage and is confirmed before pickup. A deposit does not guarantee approval.
3 References
Provide three personal or professional references with names and phone numbers.
Three-Week Minimum
All rentals have a minimum 3-week term. Long-term rentals are our specialty.

Rent-to-Own Qualification
- • Six consecutive on-time weekly payments required
- • Late or missed payments reset the qualification period
- • Initial rental payments do not apply toward the purchase balance
- • $2,000 down payment when entering the rent-to-own program
- • Rent-to-own is not guaranteed
- • Vehicle selection depends on availability and approval
Common Questions
Do you accept Uber, Lyft, or DoorDash drivers?
Yes — we approve rideshare and delivery drivers after verification. Some vehicles may be restricted to personal use only.
How long are your rentals?
All rentals are weekly with a 3-week minimum. Most customers rent month-to-month or longer.
What if I have bad credit?
We do not run credit checks. Approval is based on your license, income, insurance, and references — not credit score.
Where do you serve?
Based in Frisco, TX. Serving the entire DFW metroplex including Dallas, Plano, McKinney, Allen, Carrollton, and surrounding areas.
Do you offer Rent-To-Own?
Yes — after 6 consecutive on-time weekly payments. $2,000 down is required. Initial payments do not reduce the purchase balance. Rent-to-own is not guaranteed.
Is approval guaranteed?
No. Every application is manually reviewed. We verify all documents before releasing any vehicle.
